Personal data

Privacy policy

Who collects your data, why, how long we keep it and what you can do about it. It covers the fluinty.pl website and any contact you have with us.

Who the data controller is

The data controller is Fluinty sp. z o.o., Góreckiego 15/60, 40-204 Katowice, Poland, VAT ID PL9542896747, KRS 0001201664.

This means we decide why and how we process the data you give us, and we are the ones to contact with any questions about it.

What data we collect

Only what we need to reply or to prepare for a call.

  • Contact form

Your first name, email address, phone number and the message itself. Whatever you write in the message stays with us exactly as you sent it.

  • Booking a meeting

When you book a consultation slot, your full name, email address, the chosen time and any notes you add pass through the scheduling tool (Calendly). The meeting invitation is created from this information.

  • Analytics data

We collect website visit statistics only once you agree to it in the cookie banner. Without consent, analytics does not run.

We do not ask for sensitive data and we do not need it to talk to you.

Why we process data and on what basis

  • Replying to your message and arranging a call

You write to us, so we reply and arrange a time. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, that is, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

  • Sales follow-up and defence against claims

We follow up on the conversation, keep our own record of contacts and protect ourselves in case of a dispute. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, that is, our legitimate interest. You can object to this processing.

  • Website visit statistics

Only when you give consent in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time, without giving a reason.

How long we keep data

We keep form messages and email correspondence for as long as the matter you contacted us about is open.

If the conversation does not lead to us working together, we delete the data once it is no longer needed to stay in touch or to defend against possible claims.

If we do work together, the data becomes part of the contract records and stays for as long as tax and accounting regulations require.

Cookie consent is stored by Cookiebot. It expires on its own after the period stated in the banner, or when you withdraw it.

You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time. An email to kontakt@fluinty.pl is enough.

Who we share data with

We do not sell data and we do not hand it over for anyone else's marketing. We use providers without whom the website and our inbox would not work.

  • Hosting. The fluinty.pl website runs on Netlify servers.
  • Email. The provider of the kontakt@fluinty.pl mailbox stores our correspondence with you.
  • Scheduling tool. Calendly, through which you book a consultation slot.
  • Form handling. Web3Forms, which delivers messages from the contact form to our mailbox.
  • Analytics tools. Google Analytics 4 for visit statistics and Cookiebot for consent management.
  • AI model providers. We use them in implementations for clients, on data the client entrusts to us under a contract. Data from the contact form on this website does not go to AI models.

Some providers have servers outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, data transfers are based on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

We also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can exercise any of them at any time.

  • Access. Find out what data we hold about you and get a copy of it.
  • Rectification. Correct data that is wrong or out of date.
  • Erasure. Ask us to delete the data.
  • Restriction. Have us pause processing until we have resolved the disputed matter.
  • Objection. Object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
  • Withdrawal of consent. Withdraw your consent to analytics. This does not affect the processing that took place before you withdrew it.
  • Complaint. Lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) if you believe we process data unlawfully.

An email to kontakt@fluinty.pl is enough. We reply within one month of your request at the latest.

Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address or phone number we have no way to reply.

On your first visit we show a consent banner. It is run by Cookiebot.

Without your consent, only the cookies needed to display the website and to remember your consent decision itself are active.

We switch on statistics (Google Analytics 4) only after consent. Until then, the Google Consent Mode categories are set to “denied”: analytics, advertising, personalisation and additional functions.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time.

If the banner does not appear, clear this website's cookies in your browser settings.
